Sterling is responsible for maintaining Equity Trading, Operations platforms, Business Process Automation implementation and  Third-Party Systems Integrations. He joined the industry in 1986. Previously, Sterling held positions at Charles River Development, MarketAxess, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.
