Jennifer Baltazar joined Great Lakes Advisors in 2020 as an Operations Associate. Jennifer is responsible for back office operations such as billing, proxy voting, corporate actions, and trade settlement. Jennifer comes with more than 20 years of experience heavily focused in operations. She began her career as a sales assistant at Smith Barney in 1997 and moved on to more focused operations roles working for various investment managers, most recently Chicago Equity Partners and Pekin Hardy Strauss. At Pekin Hardy Strauss, Jennifer ran all of the day to day responsibilities for operations, such as performance, billing, corporate actions, reconciliation of 1200 accounts, 13F, and AUM reporting for the firm.
