Douglas is a Portfolio Manager on the Great Lakes Advisors Fundamental Equity Small and Small/Mid Cap team. Douglas joined the firm in 2007 and has been in the industry since 1996. Previously, he served as a Portfolio Manager on the Small Cap team at Rothschild & Co Asset Management US (acquired by Great Lakes Advisors in 2023). He was with Kern Capital Management, where he served as an Analyst and member of the portfolio management team. Douglas has also served as an Analyst on the buy/sell side at firms such as Highbridge Capital Management, Citadel Investment Group, and Morgan Stanley, with broad sector responsibilities. He began his career as an auditor for Ernst & Young. Douglas is a CFA® charter holder.
