Hayley Flaherty is the Director of Client Service at Great Lakes Advisors, supporting Institutional, Sub-Advisory, and Intermediary clients across all our strategies. She plays a critical role in developing and implementing efficient internal procedures that optimize service delivery and client retention, and in building and strengthening long-term client relationships that support business growth.
As Director, she is responsible for leading, managing, and holding accountable the client service team, including hiring, training, and performance management. This includes but is not limited to the oversight of firm questionnaires, supervision of client requests, administration of cash flows, fulfillment of reporting or invoicing deliverables, account onboarding and departure management, client record retention, and overall middle-office client service support. Her role requires daily collaboration with internal sales, marketing, operations, compliance, and investment teams to align client needs with solutions.
Prior to joining GLA in 2019, Hayley previously worked at multiple other client-centric companies, gathering invaluable customer relations, organization, and management skills.
Hayley was born and raised in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago, attending elementary school at Saint Andrew School, high school at Gordon Tech (presently DePaul College Prep), and college at Columbia College Chicago. She now lives with her partner in the suburb of River Grove, IL.
