Hayley Flaherty is a Client Service Associate at Great Lakes Advisors, supporting institutional clients across all of our strategies, with an additional focus within the firm’s Multi-Asset Strategy portfolios (MAS). Her responsibilities include the administration of multiple request for proposals, distribution of client reporting & invoicing, cash flow requests and coordination, and overall middle office client service support.

Prior to joining GLA in 2019, Hayley was a Customer Service Representative at ResMed, a California-based medical device company. She previously worked at multiple other retail-based organizations, gathering invaluable client relations and management skills.

Hayley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art & Design from Columbia College Chicago. She lives in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Chicago.
