Hayley Flaherty is a Senior Client Service Associate at Great Lakes Advisors, supporting institutional clients across all our strategies. Her responsibilities include the completion of multiple firm questionnaires, supervision of client requests, such as cash flows, reporting or invoicing deliverables, and overall middle office client service support. She is also the lead onboarding specialist for the Institutional channel of the business. Her role requires daily coordination with the internal Sales, Investment, Compliance, and Operations teams.

Prior to joining GLA in 2019, Hayley previously worked at multiple other client-centric companies, gathering invaluable customer relations, organization, and management skills. .

Hayley was born and raised in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago, attending elementary school at Saint Andrew School, high school at Gordon Tech (presently DePaul College Prep), and college at Columbia College Chicago. She now lives with her partner in the suburb of River Grove, IL.
